Gathered up a bunch of my favorite fabs...muslin, cotton brocade, lace and fringe and decided they would make a sweet skirt for a Valentine party or a special spring garden party. The skirt has panels and panels of all the different fabrics with ruffles and handkerchief hems and seams with my signature raw edges.
